Been going to classes for a couple of years now. I can feel that I'm a lot stronger physically and mentally thanks to Jodie’s continued encouragement. Jodie always knows the right level to pitch the class stretching us to improve our skills or letting us relax after gruelling week in at work depending on how we're doing week on week. Definitely would recommend you check out the Studio if you're feeling physically or mentally frazzled and need to strengthen yourself up. Wendy (Studio Regular).
