A completely personalised yoga, reformer pilates or strength & conditioning session with our lead teacher Jodie, designed to meet your specific needs and goals. Each session allows for one-on-one attention, custom modifications, adjustments, and tailored sessions to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
private small group sessions
The same as our 1-2-1 sessions as we work towards your goals at your pace. The difference is with our private group sessions you can share the session with friends and family.

5 X Sessions- £202 (10% discount/ £40.40 per session)
10X Sessions- £382.50 (15%discount/ £38.25 per session)
Additional charge of £5 per person per session for private small groups
