Our Classes

Please click on the class names below for our full schedule & more information on our regular classes. We offer a variety of yoga styles covering restorative yin to calm the mind and body through to dynamic fitness classes to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. We also offer reformer pilates classes with a focus to stabilise and strengthen the body. All our classes are suitable for all levels but we also offer our “Intro to…” classes for those unsure of where they’d like to begin.

  • 60 minute classes.

    Everything you want from a yoga class. Flow, stretch, strengthen, balance & relax. Suitable for all levels.

  • 60 minute classes.

    Our take on fitness yoga. Strong, dynamic, sweaty. Heated, not hot. Only for the brave.

  • 60 minute classes.

    Restorative & restful. Gentle, slow flow with deep holds. Closing with a deep relaxation with soothing adjustments using our studio scents. Our 75minute sessions include a guided meditation practice.  Suitable for all levels.

  • 45 minute classes.

    Fluid but controlled movement to stabilise and strengthen. Core focussed. Suitable for all levels. Small group classes with 1-2-1 attention guaranteed in every class. 

  • This class is designed for complete beginners or those unsure where they’d like to start but know they’re ready to stretch. We’ll take our time working through common poses, building strength & flexibility.

  • New or a total beginner but want to give reformer pilates a go? this is the class for you. We’ll take our time to explain as we go and get you comfortable & confident!
